STAIN-PROOF 40SK Consolidator & Water Repellent, formerly known as DRY-TREAT 40SK, is an invisible, breathable sealer designed to protect porous surfaces from water and salt damage. Ideal for natural stone, tile, brick, terracotta, concrete, paving, sandstone, limestone, cast stone, and grout, it also helps strengthen softer or weathered materials. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, 40SK helps surfaces stay easier to clean, maintain, and keep looking their best for longer.

Applications & Surfaces
- Common applications include facades, floors, walls, patios, garages, kitchens, pool surrounds, and entertaining spaces.
- It is ideal for porous materials such as sandstone, limestone, travertine, concrete pavers, dry-stamped pavers, composite stone pavers, brick, terracotta, cast stone, and grout.

- 40SK helps protect surfaces from water and salt-related damage, including efflorescence, salt spalling, freeze-thaw damage, and picture framing.
- This penetrating sealer also helps strengthen softer or weathered materials, while keeping the natural colour and finish of the surface.
- It remains breathable, allows moisture vapour to escape, dries quickly after rain, and helps make treated surfaces easier to clean and maintain.

Coverage
- Coverage is approximately 1 litre per 0.5 to 4 sq. metres or 5 to 40 sf. per quart, depending on the surface’s absorption rate. More porous materials will require more product
