Marble Trend Return & Exchange Policy
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Natural Stone
- Natural Wood
- Special Order or Non-Stocked Material
- Setting or Installation Material
- Sealers or Chemical Products
All SALE items are FINAL SALE, sold as is, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Storage
Marble Trend will hold client orders in its warehouse for a period of fourteen (14) days once received and paid in full. Thereafter, materials will be subject to storage charges.
Inspection Requirement
All materials must be inspected prior to installation and/or fabrication. Marble Trend shall not be liable for any claims once the product has been altered, fabricated, or installed.
Return Eligibility
All other materials (excluding the items listed above) may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Prior approval must be obtained from Marble Trend management
- Returns must be accompanied by the original Invoice or Sales Order
- Goods must be in original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as purchased
- All returned goods are subject to inspection by Marble Trend to confirm they are in resalable condition
Returns are permitted within sixty (60) days of purchase and are subject to the following restocking charges:
- 25% restocking fee for returns within thirty (30) days
- 70% restocking fee for returns between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days
Returns will not be accepted after sixty (60) days.
Shipping & Liability
- All sales are FOB Marble Trend Toronto Warehouse.
- Marble Trend assumes no responsibility for any claims arising from transportation. All transportation-related claims are the sole responsibility of the customer, even in cases where Marble Trend arranges and pays for freight.
Abandoned Goods
If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up product within sixty (60) days, the agreed shipping date, or within six (6) months of the material being ready for shipment, the goods will be deemed abandoned. Marble Trend reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or otherwise use the goods at its sole discretion. No refund or credit will be issued, and all funds will be retained to offset storage and handling costs.
